Thank you Hannah for doing my hair. Lovely as always!! However having your hair washed with freezing cold water did ruin the experience but Danielle was very apologetic and helpful so also thank you to her.

Chloe is lovely and amazing at blow drying. I didn't get quite what I asked for as in my grey roots haven't been covered and the hombre is only on the tips of my hair and not half way through my hair. Having spoken to my hairdresser friend she thinks it should be redone for free and I shouldn't be paying full price to have it redone by a trainee. Still like it but wish I didn't have to return and pay more to get the results I asked for in the first place.

Shanice is my stylist in Esher. She is outstanding. She is very knowledgable, professional, and personable. I have had issues with thinning and frizzy hair. Through Shanice's advice snd guidance, I am beginning to see major improvement. She also colors my husband's hair and the color is always spot on. It is always natural and seamless. Shanice is a true asset for the Academy organization

Not happy. I even showed them a picture of what I wanted and it was a picture of me not a random person so proof it would not look bad but still they paid no attention. Maybe another stylist would have done it but who knows.

I saw Charlotte today for a colour, cut and blow dry. I am absolutely delighted with my new style and the service that I received from her and the staff at Esher. Highly recommended.

It took me ages to find a hair dresser who could blow my hair and cut it exactly how I like it Esher salon is great I always come out really happy with all the services including colour and highlights price is spot on for the area and they play great music playlist which is good when your in there for a while

I had Sarah bleach and colour my hair today and it was lovely. My hair does not look or feel damaged at all and she talked me through every step. Best hairdressers I've been to.

Thank you for asking me to review my experience. I had an appointment to have my hair highlighted. The staff were welcoming and friendly. During my consultation I informed the stylist Jodie that I wanted my hair colour to remain the same. Unfortunately my hair was coloured darker than I wanted it. Jodie finger dryed my hair with the hair dryer. I had though that my consultation included a blow dry and finish. I spoke to Sarah and she said that if I am still unhappy with my hair colour I can arrange to have some highlights put in.

Was extremely pleased with my colour and service from Hannah. All the girls were very professional and attentive. Was very relaxed and nice to be pampered after a long hard day at work. Thank you girls.

I used to visit Charlotte in Hersham as this was my local salon, Charlotte is by far the best hairdresser I've had and I was more than happy to follow her when she moved to the Esher store.
Charlottes friendly, professional and I always trust her advise

Hi normally I would not bother but as a new customer since the recent changeover at esher. Number one no information on price increase prior to booking this is cheeky!! As too late once sitting having hair done. Second no hand towel in toilet. And did not appreciate drilling putting up shelves. Personally I have builders in all week and I come to relax.! As always Laura in a league of her own fantastic some of the juniors should take note when she asks for help and not be un cooperative it was noted.

After 4 appointments at two other salons I had my first treatment with Charlotte today and I am very, very happy with the results.
Defiantly will be going back to her!
