I went back after a colour that I wasn’t entirely happy with ( probably due to my miscommunication in the first instance). Every effort was made from the initial telephone conversation to resolve the issue, and I was invited back into the salon the same day. The issue was discussed with openness and clarity, and there was absolutely no hostility ( as there is in some places) towards me for returning. I was treated with charm and professionalism ( as I have been on every visit), and left feeling super satisfied.
