I came back on here to say that I couldn’t be happier with the job Emily and Sophie did. After having a bit of a disappointing experience the first time they blended my bleached hair to a lovely natural blonde and did such an amazing job, better than I could’ve imagined or asked for. It totally regained my trust in the brand and the incredible employees. I will not hesitate to go back again, they were extremely patient and professional and very comforting throughout the experience. A huge thank you to the team at Toni and guy for fixing my hair and being so understanding, patient and lovely.
