Marcin took a lot of care, understood some of my comments and did very well in doing my highlights with tinted roots.
Very pleased with my first experience.

Really enjoyed the visit and my hair looks and feels gorgeous. Very knowledgeable stylist and would recommend him 100%!

I had a colour appointment to discuss the options I had for dying my hair. Marcin was super patient answering all my questions and made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I really felt like he listened to me and my requests and gave great suggestions. I’m super excited to get my hair done with him later in the month.

I’ve been looking for someone who can deal with my hair for so long and I’m hoping Alice will be the one. Her cut and blow dry were done to perfection and it’s the first time ever that I’ve not come home and redone my hair. Thank you Alice and to Julia too. Will phone tomorrow to book in the Keratin treatment.

Tried this salon for the first time and am so glad I did! Beautiful salon and excellent cut by Marcin. I have always struggled to get my fringe sitting just right, but can honestly say that Marcin has worked wonders as it is effortless since my visit. Very talented and he took the time to really consider what would suit my face shape and hair type best. Thank you!

Alice was lovely , initially came to have a wig consultation, Alice went through everything with me , I decided to try and fix my own hair , I then had a cut and blow dry with Alice , shes made my hair one back to life again , made it feel so healthy , and hopefully my hair will start to grow went home with some amazing products so hopefully Alice has saved my hair , lovely lady hope to see again soon x

Alice was fantastic, I came about a wig due having treatment. Spent time discussing what I liked, colour etc. Ended up with a great wig, went back to have it cut, but later thought it needed a bit more tweaking. This was absolutely no problem and no charge. Went out a very happy lady, and so many compliments. Thank you so much.

Megan did the cutting and consultations with Alice carefully supervising, both took incredible care and were a delight to be with. I had quite a different look by the end and I’m delighted with it. Thank you.

Just wanted to say what a great job Marcin did of cutting my hair when he stood in for Julia on the 28 December.

What a stunning afternoon having a keratin treatment with Alice. My frizzy untameable hair now looks silky smooth and super healthy. Alice was super professional as always and it was a pleasure to sit relaxed whilst the process took place. The team are also lovely. Thanks all. Look forward to my next visit!

The whole experience at Julia Lampard is good. The staff are welcoming and hospitable - I even got tea in a pot!

Amal was so friendly and professional and did a fantastic job on my very thick and sometimes temperamental hair. I love the cut, it was just what I wanted and I’ve been told it really suits me. Clara was so lovelyvand did a great job of cutting and styling my hair. Everything was perfect!

Julia provided the most caring service in choosing a wig for me. She took great care in selecting the most suitable colour and style. She then cut and styled the wish as if it was my own hair... the final result was anazing. Attention to every detail from consultation to leaving with a styled wig made the whole experience uplifting. Thank you

I do not enjoy having my hair cut, but straight away Ross picked up on my anxiety and was very reassuring. I gave him quite a vague brief and he did everything I asked, constantly letting me know what he was doing and checking that I was happy with what he had done. He achieved exactly what I asked for and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely e coming back.

She always cuts my hair to perfection and it remains easy to manage

Just had my wig styled and hair cut today in preparation for chemotherapy starting next week. What would otherwise have been one of the many horrible experiences that cancer has brought me, was actually a really considerate, compassionate one. Having to think about hair loss especially in my early 30s is incredibly hard but Alice made this much easier, as well as cutting my hair much shorter (in fact I actually prefer my hair now and will be even more gutted for it to fall out if scalp cooling fails) but with the wig on standby I am ready for what is thrown at me, and will give me so much confidence. I would wholeheartedly recommend this salon for both wigs and hair cuts. Thank you so much - when my hair eventually comes back, you are now my salon (and stylist) of choice.

I had previously had KeraStraight on two occasions and did not think it was that effective and only lasted a few weeks.
The treatment by Alice was far superior in the results achieved. It is pleasant smelling, unlike Kerastraight, which is disgusting! Also by the time the smell fades so does the effect☹️

I am so happy with the treatment and with the highlights Alice did previously, my haur has never looked so good?
