Excellent service, excellent result! Just needed some small tweaks to my hair, however I was uncertain about some areas or ideas I had, which Alice was able to take into account, and offered the perfect solution to. The process, and the reasons behind it, were explained clearly and thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the result!

The other staff were lovely and helpful too! Managed to make an exception to allow me to pay in cash as well, which I'm extremely grateful for.

I've never visited before, but I'll definitely visit again!

I’ve been into see Julia twice since starting chemotherapy and she could not have been more helpful and sensitive to my needs. I tried on various wigs and got some excellent advice . In particular the muslin wig liner has been a godsend to protect my head and makes wearing a wig far more comfortable and secure.
Julia is so warm and friendly she really did take any of the embarrassment or sadness I thought I’d feel in finding a wig away and made it the best experience it could have been. Thanks Julia when my hair starts to grow back I will know exactly who to come to. Mrs C

When at your lowest, to find someone with the knowledge and experience like Julia has, who can demonstrate there is a resolution to looking as if hair loss is not happening is precious. All three visits were wonderfully handled by Julia and her staff. The Salon has a warm and pleasant vibe with attentive and skilled stylists. I'm so pleased with my new wig and how I looked today after Brooke took care of me.

Very pleased with excellent haircut carefully carried out by Rupa under watchful eye of a member of the senior staff who occasionally stepped in and demonstrated her own skill. Best cut in years and will definitely go back.

I do not know how to find the correct words that would express sufficiently my admiration of the service I received today.
Julia is an amazing professional and carried out the examination and advice in the most friendly way that had no match in experience with any similar work or even other work.
Her colleagues, from reception to more and more, are also unique.
I will always recall my today’s experience with admiration and gratitude and look forward to see them soon.

Had my first ever wig consultation, and was so nervous,. Megan was wonderful, she put me at ease immediately, suggesting various styles, lengths and colours she thought would suit me. At no time did I feel pressured, nor did I feel I had to buy a wig (Although I did), Megan allowed me to take my time. Thank you so much. I am looking forward to my fitting appointment.

I have been looking for a long time for organic hair colour that would cover my grey hair. Normal hair colours have aggravated eczema on my scalp and I am very worried about harsh chemicals on my skin and the effects they have. I have visited supposedly organic salons in London and they instead tried to use other products, which caused a reaction. I was sceptical, to say the least, about the success of organic hair colouring (I am very grey). But my hair looks great, I no longer have grey roots and my head isn’t itching from harsh chemicals. Not only am I really happy with my hair but it was a lovely experience listening to soft jazz in the salon with the sun dancing on the leaves of the tree just outside. AND it was cheaper than my normal salon! I will definitely be back and I’m so glad I found this salon.

I found the salon very welcoming, relaxing and clean. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. Megan did a patch test ready for highlighting/toning in a couple of weeks time and went through exactly what i needed and helped make the booking after discussion which was very helpful for me. I live in Woking and work in London but will definitely be getting my hair care and styling done here. I look forward to my appointment in a couple of weeks.

Julia is always up for a challenge.
I was seeing the Barbie movie after the hair appointment. She helped to release my inner Barbie for the occasion. The cut was perfect and because she was teaching a student at the time I found listening to the commentary fascinating. It helped me to realise just how much skill, creative talent is required and what a perfectionist one needs to be. We tend to take this all for granted.
