I’ve just moved to the area and thought the salon looked good and professional I went there to have my hair curly blowdry the stylist done my hair was very nice chatted to me and done my hair very professionally can’t say the same for the owner of the salon which came over in front of everyone telling me that the price wasn’t right what I was quoted I felt very embarrassed and intimidated she kept giving The stylus that was doing my hair evils as she said this is not what the customer was quoted for she then told me that she will be having a word with her receptionist as she got the price wrong which I didn’t Really want as I don’t want anyone getting told off really want as I don’t want anyone getting told off For her attitude I won’t be returning made me feel very uncomfortable

Dear Barbara,

I sincerely apologise that I had offended you this was never my intention. Through no fault of your own or of Megan your stylist, your appointment had been mis-judged and to receive maximum results for your hair we would really have needed to allocate more time. I apologisE as I only wanted you to be aware that you would in the future need more time and that the price quoted was incorrect but quite rightly I honored the original price quoted.

We take real care and pride in going beyond our clients’ expectations in being respectful of all our clients’ timekeeping and end results. I was very much aware that Megan’s following appointment had been kept waiting and was booked in for a wig consultation for medical reasons which is a very sensitive and difficult time. We really love to make what could be a daunting experience a happy and special experience.
