I was desperate to get my hair cut a week before lockdown started. Although I walked in without an appointment, the receptionist kindly offered to phone in Amal who came in just for me if I didn’t mind waiting a bit. Appreciated this so much. Polite, warm and welcoming receptionist and staff very caring. Amal was very attentive to what exactly I wanted. I liked that she also had suggestions on what could be done. Loved my haircut.
