Julia took the time to talk through different options for my hair and took a sample of my hair for a strand test. I had a consultation with Ross who confirmed the idea of what wanted to achieve with my hair and the appropriate advice. He was knowledgable and professional which gave me confidence in him with my hair as I had damaged my hair in the past. The service was thorough and exceptional. I was more than happy with the outcome. I was given after care advice and the whole team were very hospitable and friendly. I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you again.
