Having lost a lot of hair recently, I was dreading going to a salon. Julia and her lovely receptionist really put me at ease. Julia listened to me, and I felt like she understood what my hair needed. She clearly knows what she's doing and I'm so happy with the cut. I'd recommend this salon to anyone, particularly those of us with thinning hair.
