I asked for golden balayage on medium hair. ***** was my colourist.She put flat dark brown which came out almost black then put toner at the end which came out green on my blond ends!!!!Julia asked me to come back to fix.Natasha was my colourist that day she was way much better than her senior colleague still didn’t manage to do what I asked for the first day but she lighten my hair and then Julia cut my damaged hair at the end. (The hair cut after blow dry was lovely but next day after washing I wasn’t impressed with it).Well my bad experience costed £160 and was one of the worst ones so far.
