I have to be honest, not too impressed. I did book last minute, and when I arrived I was sat waiting for a good 20-25 minutes, and I could see the lady who was due to do my hair in no rush, laughing with her current client and taking pictures of her hair for her! This is fine.. but when I’m sitting waiting for that long?! I came in for a fringe.. the rest of my hair I just wanted a quick trim, but I had a LOT taken off! And for the fringe.. I’ve already had to wear it as a middle parting as it wasn’t cut short enough! It covers my eyes not even a week later! Not impressed.. I feel like I’ve wasted £60.
We are very sorry to have kept you waiting, we have checked the records as were surprised you mentioned being charged £60, when we charged you £45 as stylist price. Julia will be more than happy if you would like us to shorten your fringe. We will take into consideration the appropriate timing whilist taking photographs of our clients.
