On arrival the salon was cold. On leaving the experience left me cold.

I am so happy with Hayley who fixed a very bad haircut I had and who I now view as my hairdresser. She gives great advice but also listens to my requests and I basically get the perfect hair cut. I highly recommend her.

Highlights are good. Technician took long time, kept stopping and seeing to others. Felt I could have been finished sooner. Had appointment at 1.30pm didn't get out until 4.23pm. Far too long.... Have always had highlights at Toni and Guy and it normally takes just over 2 hours. No one offered me smart bond? When I asked what it was, I definitely would have had it! Blow dry was OK. No real style to the process. I just wanted to get finished and leave. Not the best experience...
