I have been going to Gareth for almost a year now and he is fantastic. He always gives me a great hair cut with the best possible service. I cant recommend him and the salon enough.

They messed up booking (? Double booked) so I had to hang around for 45 minutes. No head massage offered when hair washed. Haircut was good though although expensive

Colour great. Everyone so nice. Very kind to give me a birthday treatment. Thank you. Lindsay is the best colourist I have ever had and I have been to many top London salons. So an excellent experience

David always provides first class service whenever I have an appointment with him. He goes the extra mile, and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. I’ve finally found a hairdresser who colour my hair exactly how I want it and I will now never go to anyone else but him. Nadya cut my hair for the first time and made my hair look exactly like the photo I showed hair. I cannot recommend them both enough and am absolutely thrilled with my hair.

15 years ago Robert cut my hair and it was gorgeous. Since then I completely lost faith in getting my hair professionally cut because other salons never listened to what I wanted.
I'm so glad I was able to have my faith restored today by Robert once more, he listened to what I wanted and made me feel at ease with his suggestions for my hair. I put my complete trust in him and I'm so glad I did, thank you ever so much! I promise I won't leave it 15 years ever again!

As usual my colour was done by Amy Collins nee Belchamber and my cut followed executed by Tim Avory. My husband had his haircut by Gareth. It is a great salon, everyone is kind and extremely professional. I have been a customer for 15 years. Georgina and Kathy at the desk are brilliant as well. Good luck for the future Guildford! I had an appointment with Gareth to give me a new look for my wedding this week and must say what a top guy he is. Not only had a great chat throughout but I left feeling like I never want to visit another hair salon ever again.

I had highlights by Bety (Bethany)and cut by Louise. Both girls were new to me and both were simply a joy, as was the young girl from Aberdeenshire who washed my hair. All were professional, welcoming and the atmosphere was relaxed. Betsy did a super job on the colour - really excellent - advising me really well & talking her ideas through before we started. Louise did a great cut - perhaps the blow dry made hair a little flat but that would be the only very minor alteration for next time. A thoroughly good experience. Price wise T&G is never cheap but the staff seem very content with their working environment at Guildford, are highly skilled and well- trained, so one expects this to be reflected in the price. I often slightly dread going to the hairdresser but this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you

The two stylists who coloured and cut my hair were very good and pleasant.
However it seems they have been told to cross sell products.
I and many other people prefer not to be sold treatments etc when having hair done.
Other than cross selling excellent experience
