It started as usual with a little consultation on what I want to do with my hair followed by shampooing and cut. The girl, who was a stylist that I didn’t ask for and had not seen there, said she would dry off my hair then do a little trimming once dry in the front. Well that little trimming took longer than the actual haircut and by the time she was done I was covered in tiny little hairs all over me and my face. She kept cutting off from everywhere pulling my hair over my head and covering my face and head with hair. Terrible!!!

I had recently been in to get some highlights but werent light enough. I had explained the situation on the phone and a free appointment was arranged without any qualms. Beth who did my hair knew exactly what needed doing and did a great job as did the the young man who washed my hair and the lady who dried it. Excellent professional service- thank you!

Great visit again seeing David (colourist) and Carly (stylist) They consistently deliver great service. There's always a great atmosphere at this salon, buzzing but not 'loud', friendly and fun. Like the fact that there's a good range of ages here in terms of staff too. Highly recommended!

Paige washed & blow dried my hair - she was exceptionally professional and extremely courteous. The hair wash and scalp massage was probably one of the best I’ve ever had.
Lauren coloured my hair - she is very caring and considerate, as well as being very good at her job.
What a big credit they both are to your salon.

My second cut with Gareth and a really good result again. The cut grew out really well and meant a really good result was achieved this time.

Ventured once into T&G after moving jobs. Yes they charge more but you get so much more. Have had Lisa for a few years now but have tried many stylists and technicians over the years and they are very attentive. They truly want you to look your best. The front of house team couldn’t be more friendly and the juniors that wash hair are really motivated to becoming the next London Fashion Week stylist. Full of energy and drive. It’s an all round fantastic team and you certainly wouldn’t regret going there!
