Been going for 6 or 7 years but only for a single reason - I like my stylist. It REALLY annoys me every time I give them my business because the salon is always shabby, the service is never better than average (and often shockingly rude) and overall staff attitude is awful. Last Sunday I had the first appointment of the day and there was still hair on the floor, on my chair and on the table in front of me. The shiny table tops had drinks rings on them. I often take the first appointments and the salon is never truly clean. In the middle of the day it's awful. The junior washing my hair looked like she hated every part of her job and it's rare to get a cheerful one, even though I go out of my way to be friendly and charming. At least she offered me a drink - 50% of the time I have to ask. There is seldom any job pride shown by any of the support staff. After maybe 35 visits I was asked if I wanted a loyalty card. "Is that new?" I asked. "No," came the reply, "I don't know why you haven't been offered it before." I've never seen a manager walking the floor and checking things are running smoothly. Sorry, but this place is the dirtiest and worst salon I'be ever been to, and if it wasn't for my friendship with my stylist I'd never go there. Nobody seems to care. I certainly cannot recommend it.
