It’s my first time visiting the salon and I will continue to come back to see Chiara. She fully understood what direction I wanted to go in with regard to my hair colour and she fully explained the whole process as well as educating me with regard to after care at home. Amy was great yesterday she couldn’t do enough for me but not having hot water is not acceptable in salon like yours
So I was disappointed that I couldn’t I enjoy my shampoo and the whole experience
