Went in to have my long hair trimmed. The hairdressers cut and then blow dried my hair and used straighteners to curl it. The next day I discovered the front section of my hair had been completely burnt. I went back and they tried conditioning treatments, but they did not work. Hair was still extremely brittle and breaking. No follow up call from the salon as promised. I have lost approx 6 -8 inches from the length, that section is now at chin level. Can not believe I was not even offered a refund-very poor.
