Today was great . I had a new stylist called Niko and he was amazing. He gave me really good advice and cut my hair beautifully. Although he was covering sick leave , I would book him again next time. As always the rest of the staff were lovely too .

Quite frankly the best salon I have ever been to, and the best salon experiences I have ever had ! Before I discovered Clay, I had been to many top london salons previsoly, never really getting the customer service with the glamorous hair! The quality of the treatments at Clay is beyond exceptional I have never come away disappointed from any treatment.The customer service is second to none and they really do make you feel special, I feel like a princess every time I go! They really do make you feel part of the Clay family, the stylists really are some of the best in the industry, Jo the front of House is just fabulous with eveything you need to know and welcoming you each time to the salon. The stylists know just how to achieve the look/style you are after.

Clay is a fantastic salon - it is beautifully kitted out, the staff are welcoming and friendly, and it has a real family feel. I've been having my hair cut by James D for many years and I am never disappointed. My hair always looks great once James has worked his magic and the cut always gets compliments - even by strangers! I would highly recommend Clay to anyone looking for a great cut and that feel-good factor.

I love this salon, never had a bad experience. My whole family and some friends too use it. Everyone's happy, friendly and helpful. Always delighted with our haircuts or colors. It's just got a great vibe from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out.

I have never really enjoyed going to the hairdressers & used to wonder what all the fuss was about but since becoming a customer at Clay I have been converted!!
The team are obviously happy & continually developing their skills & that shows in their standards & the warm, professional atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to the salon for about 5 years and have never been happier with my hair. I have frizzy, curly unruly hair but every time I get my hair cut, I come out with sleek shiny hair styled in a way that is easy to maintain and replicate. I always get good advice, get looked after and made to feel special from the warm welcome at reception to the wash, cut and colour experience. Even when I have had to deviate from my regular stylist due to illness or maternity leave, I have always left happy. I have confidence that I could let anyone there do my hair and I would leave as a happy customer.

Clay staff are all very friendly and the service is great. The salon itself is beautiful, all the hairdressers I've had for cut and colour have been very experienced and my hair always comes out exactly how i asked for it to look. Only thing i would say is a downfall is the expense, i think it is slightly over priced. I am also a student and most other salons i've been to do student discounts, however clay does not.I don't want to change salons as I'm very happy with Jack and Charlotte who do my hair but i can't afford to get it done as much as i would wish.

I've been a customer at Clay for a number of years now and have no intention of going anywhere else. The whole experience - from booking in with Jo at the Front Desk through to all the lovely little extras, is perfect. Massage chair during the wash, a selection of drinks (incl. wine in the evenings!), free wi-fi and staff who all seem to remember your name makes for a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable visit to the hairdressers!

Lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, great cuts and colour styling and you walk out with a spring in your step aft an appointment here.

What a perfect salon. I love the massaging chairs while I get my hair washed. The decor is soothing and tasteful. My hair is done perfectly, my stylist is always punctual and the coffee is always enjoyed.

I really enjoy my visits to Clay Hair Salon and come out feeling so much better than when I arrive! Its all the little extras that make the difference, from the massaging chairs when you are having your hair washed, to the wonderful coffees. I would recommend Jack and Clay with no hesitation. A really enjoyable experience!

Clay hair salon has to be one of the best I've been to. The service is outstanding. And I recomend this 5 salon to anyone. I actually used go work here so I no the team inside out. They are all extremely funny. And I love each individual so much. I've had a very hard 5 years and when I got introduced to the team I new Streight away they were very strong supporting people. Jo (receptionist) has helped me threw thick and thin and has been amazing. James Davis (manager) was always welcoming and there for the chat. Everyone is incredible and I admire them all.

I have been coming to Clay Hair Salon since it opened and would not consider going anywhere else. It has a great atmosphere and all the staff are wonderfully friendly and true professionals. I can't count the times I have been complimented on my hair cut by people who don't even know me! Makes you feel good!

This is my local salon but easily competes with the best London salons. Bespoke, thoughtful and discrete service, and the best colourists and hair technicians I have ever used. Highly recommend.

The team provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.. the hair washing experience is amazing with the back and head massage, product range is good and the staff are excellent (Jack is my Colorist and Stylist). I have been a loyal customer since the beginning and find all the stylist (whether senior or junior) very capable and always leave my hair beautifully coloured, cut and blow dried. My daughters and I are regular customers and love the wonderful friendly welcome we get from the front of house staff all the way through to the trainees. I would highly recommend Clay Salon and it is fantastic that it is just down the road.

I was introduced to Clay by a friend, what a great place, all the staff are really friendly and the salon has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I have been really pleased with the cuts and the colour that I have had, the products are there if you want to buy them, but you are never pressured into buying anything. The receptionist is uber lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend Clay.

Having changed to Clay from a 'salon chain' I have been blown away with how lovely everyone is there - very professional, knowledgeable friendly and sincere. With so many little extra touches every appointment feels like such a luxurious treat - the massage chairs whilst getting your hair washed is just the icing on the cake. I certainly wont go anywhere else now and have recommended it to all my friends and family!

I've been using clay since they opened and have never had a bad experience. The loyalty card is great and gives you some really lovely extras here and there. The staff are always friendly and you get a top quality experience including massage chairs etc.. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
