I never really leave reviews, I'm not a negative person, but the owner of this beauticians is so nasty and unprofessional. When I called to explain that I'd like to make a complaint, she immediately started to get aggressive and rude. I mean, I'm a paying customer and wanted to let them know that the burn from the waxing caused me to go to the doctor! If you use these guys and have any problems, dont expect the owner or beauticians to want to help... horrible experience. They even deleted my previous review on google!!
