I had stylist Frances, first time attending the salon. It was nice and relaxed when I turned up. Frances called me early to see if we could push the appointment back by 15 minutes which i had no problem with. Was a nice little touch and thoughtful thing to do as have me time to have a coffee before i turned up.
Frances was great, my hair needed a good trim and she gave me a lovely haircut, great head massage/hair wash. And had a good chat during the haircut. Will definitely be coming back to see Frances, loved being able to book with the online system too.
