I have been having my hair cut by Luisa for a while now and she is just fantastic. She knows exactly how I want it and she is able to advise without being overbearing with her opinion. Lovely experience as usual!

I went to get my hair cut and dyed, I have had this service before at this salon and each experience was fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere and high quality results. Will definitely be returning here!

Lovely hairdresser but unfortunately my hair didn’t last…..

Stella is a lovely person and very professional and experienced at hair colour. All the staff are very friendly and it is a lovely atmosphere in the salon. I would recommend Stella and the Reigate salon to anyone.

My hairdresser was lovely and my cut and blow dry was fine. First time I had been back to Bluewater in a while.
What was disappointing was how quick the wash and shampoo was. I did have conditioner put on all of 2 seconds. No head massage which used to be all part for the experience and pet of what u pay for.

She was very friendly and made me feel at ease, she was great with advice and consultation when we were discussing the best style for me!
I am very please with the result of haircut, she did a great job at adding layers and framing my face without it being too intense, my hair feels the best it has in ages!

Always have a welcoming and friendly experience at Toni and Guy in Reigate. Luisa always takes the time to answer my many hair questions and she is so knowledgeable that I come away with a fantastic haircut and armed with a whole lot of new information too!!

John takes him time to cut my hair really well. He doesn’t rush which I appreciate.

I had a full head colour done and am not happy with the results. I have very dark hair and on my previous visit had requested for black as my colour of choice. This should have been in my records.
Rather than using black, dark brown was used and upon asking why this was the case, I was informed that toy had run out of black. I would have been happier if I was informed that you did not have black and would have come back when you did.
I am also disappointed as I was left to sit with only one section of my head coloured while another customer's hair was completed. I had to wait and therefore the colour did not take on well.

First time with Luisa as Anna has left. She did really well as it’s hard to take on a new client who was with another stylist for a long time. Look forward to next time!

Colour was lovely with Gemma as always. Lawrence cut my hair really well and I’m very happy with it. Blow dry was uneccessary as I always leave it to dry naturally because it’s curly and it’s works better for me. Was told I’m not allowed to go out with wet hair which I find strange.

I treated myself to a wash and blow dry today, the service was professional and the result looked great! Would recommend - thank you!

Anna was lovely, knowledgeable gave good advice took her time and did what I needed. Will definitely be back to see her. Very happy with my hair. Gemma also gave me a colour consultation which I’m having done next time.

Very attentive and attention to detail

James was amazing and worked really hard to get my hair done as quick as possible. Unfortunately the appt was supposed to be only 1 hr when it took almost 2 hrs! I know from previous experience that kerasilk and haircut treatment take 2 hrs as they are 2 appts actually but when I booked and asked the receptionist to confirm how long she assured me it would only take 1 hr. no need to tell you pressure the stylists are under having to deliver in such a short timeframe. My parking almost ran out and James had to juggle between 2 clients, including me, to make sure I get out in time. In future I think at& G should acknowledge this and make sure they book the relevant time slot for each appt. I was under such stress as I thought I would get a ticket for my car!

Always a pleasure to have Anna do my hair, makes a great job every time
