Loved coming to Mova, I always feel great when I leave.

Really appreciated Megan's help and advice for managing my hair styling with less heated tools to help the condition, and her suggestion for creating waves overnight. Always look forward to going to Mova, and today also went upstairs and met Bhavni who threaded and tinted my eyebrows! Totally pampered!

I love coming to see Hazel, she's amazing at her job and always listens to what the client wants along with helping them on the way.... always a lovely experience at mova with all the staff.

I went to see Pia a few weeks ago for a consultation to have balayage in my hair. Her knowledge and her thoughts were amazing and really gave me the confidence to go ahead and book my appointment. I had my appointment today and oh my god the way it has turned out was fricking fantastic. I absolutely love it. Pia was talking through out honestly she has a vibe that makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Cannot recommend Pia enough. My whole experience start to finish was out of this world. Thank you Pia!!! X

Have been having my hair cuts with Pia for a while now and I always enjoy my appointments. She's so friendly as are all the staff at Mova Staines. Always enjoy a cup of tea at my appointments and love the head massage as well. Don't think il ever have my hair cut anywhere else ?

I had my hair coloured by Machaela and cut by Summer under the experienced eye of Jade at The Mova Training School this morning. Lovely results shiny fresh colour and a nice neat edged cut!

I do enjoy having Hazel cut my hair (she's been doing so for years!). She always listens carefully to what you want, makes sensible and relevant suggestions and then gets in with the task in hand.

I really liked her personal and friendly approach which made me feel like I mattered. She is very experienced which really showed as I had the best haircut I've had for several years. I also found it easy to look after myself, which is important. This morning she sorted out my colour and again I great experience and result. Thank you Hazel.

Megan created the perfect highlights, thrilled with the colour. Joe as ever created my stylish undercut. Can’t recommend this pair and the salon enough, always a great atmosphere. Had the best hair wash and let’s not forget the flowing Prosecco, coffee and nibbles!

Pia has a delightful manner, and remembered exactly how I like my hair, also advised products for my hair type without being pushy.. I’m so happy when I leave the salon with my whole experience from start to finish. Extremely professional.

The customer service and hospitality including beer, Prosecco and snacks was amazing. Hazel put time and thought into advising and agreeing my colour and style, showing me a detailed break down of the cost for what we discussed before going ahead. This isn't a race customers in and out salon they really care about service and making their clients happy. I left the salon extremely pleased with the final result, thank you Hazel!

Makayla was so professional, she toom care of me really well. She also wasn't afraid to step back and ask for help when she needed it. I loved my cut and blow dry and feel so much better. Her teacher Emma was also great and they both listened to what I wanted. I'm very happy with the result.
