The girls treated my little boys as grown up which they loved, very nice cuts too. Laid back, friendly and relaxing place to visit

Went in looking typically unkempt aka 'rough'
Came out feeling like a princess and not looking too bad either - Thank You girls!

I took my mum to Amy today who kindly fitted us into her lunch break . My mother is thrillled with her haircut and is impressed with the friendliness of staff .

Hi, I came this evening for a cut and blow dry (18/01/17). I didn't get the hairdressers name but she was really lovely ans friendly and did a great job on my hair and exactly what i asked for :)

I have long hair and not many people can blowdry my hair properly. However, the young girl who did my hair this morning far exceeded my expectations! I was thrilled and had lots of compliments upon returning home. Will definitely be returning.

I've had my hair done many times at lovely Betty by Michelle, Sofia and Amy. Every single time I have been absolutely delighted with the result. The girls take much care in making sure they deliver what I ask for each and every time. A fantastic salon with a lovely vibe and girls who you can laugh along with too. Anyone would be crazy not to try it out!

This is a fantastic salon with brilliant hairdressers. Amy is a fantastic hairdresser who listens to exactly what you want and I couldn't fault her service.

I liked her because she obviously gauges her involvement with the customer , based on what she feels they want from her.

Had a cut and blow dry with Michelle who did an amazing job. I'm really pleased with how my hair looks and will be booking again. All the ladies were lovely and welcoming I ended up chatting at the desk for half hour after my appointment was finished! Also loved the honest advice given on how to colour my hair in the future. Sofia is an impeccable hairstylist. Always listens to what i ask her to do with my hair. always cuts & washes my hair to my satisfaction. Never a dull moment in the salon as Sofia & Amy are very customer focused & make you feel very wellcome & offer you a tea or coffee too, which is a good gesture.

Sofia is totally commendable. She listens to my requests and tries very best to achieve it!

I have been looking for a salon that offers a 'personal service' with up to date cuts and styles, a friendly and welcoming environment and good quality products since moving to Surrey, and Sophia and Amy at Lovely Betty offer it all. From colouring and cutting to 'up-do's' for a special occasion and fabulous blow-dries. i would hesitate to recommend this salon.

Amy was lovely and really professional. My hair looked amazing and felt great with the treatment I had. Rebooked already for my next visit.
