I had no real idea what to do with my hair which I have been growing on and off but have always hated that in between phase. Flavious listened and was super patient and the result is a shorter cut with fewer layers which I find easier to mange and has had numerous complements. Thank you!

I’m really pleased with my highlights which had gone off the rails a bit before Amanda took over. She gave me great advice and the outcome is brilliant.m!!

I have been a customer of essentuals Virginia Water for nearly 2 years and I will always go back to them. I had my haircut at a barbershop and it was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Marco and his team helped me and fixed my haircut. I’m very grateful and will continue using their services, cos they are absolutely amazing.

I recently visited the salon for the first time. It seems ***** was overrunning but didn't inform me or apologise. He just came over for a quick consult before getting me in for a wash. Then I was left until 30 mins after my app time when he finally came to cut my hair. By which time I'm pretty sure he forgot what I wanted. I specifically said I didn't want my ends to be thinned out. I just wanted the split ends taken off my layers to keep them long. But instead I got harsh angled layers which look choppy and the general weight of my hair is now more thinned out as a result. I also felt he rushed the blow dry as he was pulling my hair very roughly and seemed to be doing a quick job to make up for his lateness. He also put so much product in my hair, it looked flat and lifeless at the end and was very greasy the very next day. I heard good things about the salon and had high hopes, but unfortunately I was not impressed. I also felt there was a bit of a hard sell to try and get me to buy hair products. I am not a money machine, I am a customer that cares for a decent haircut first and foremost.

Amanda coloured my hair perfectly- listening to what iI wanted and Flavius cut my hair brilliantly. I’ll be back!

Amanda is an excellent stylist! She takes the time to get to know you and then advise you around the best style for you. Over all from booking my appointment to when I left I was treated very nicely. Lovely place to go to get your hair back into shape :)
