I recently visited the salon for the first time. It seems ***** was overrunning but didn't inform me or apologise. He just came over for a quick consult before getting me in for a wash. Then I was left until 30 mins after my app time when he finally came to cut my hair. By which time I'm pretty sure he forgot what I wanted. I specifically said I didn't want my ends to be thinned out. I just wanted the split ends taken off my layers to keep them long. But instead I got harsh angled layers which look choppy and the general weight of my hair is now more thinned out as a result. I also felt he rushed the blow dry as he was pulling my hair very roughly and seemed to be doing a quick job to make up for his lateness. He also put so much product in my hair, it looked flat and lifeless at the end and was very greasy the very next day. I heard good things about the salon and had high hopes, but unfortunately I was not impressed. I also felt there was a bit of a hard sell to try and get me to buy hair products. I am not a money machine, I am a customer that cares for a decent haircut first and foremost.
