Hannah always listens and delivers exactly what I want.
No reflection on Hannah but I feel the salon is uncomfortably cold ..which for me was quite detrimental to the experience

Delighted with the service I received today at Mova! Firstly, because I dropped by chance and they were able to offer what I was looking for straight away. Secondly, I loved the new massage seats at the sink. And finally, Amber did a fantastic job with my hair and she did it in a warm, friendly and professional way. I find that you always get a warm welcome at Mova, it has a lovely atmosphere in there and a great team. I’m very pleased with what Amber did.

I’ve recently moved nearby and it’s always hard to find a new hairdresser, well I’m extremely pleased with my haircut on Wednesday I then went back on Friday for the colour and I am so happy with it I feel human again thank goodness I will definitely be back they are all so friendly and helpful. It was my first visit to Mova, and I received such a warm welcome.
I was amazed and delighted that they squeezed me in for my booking time, even when it transpired that I had accidentally booked my appointment in Staines branch thinking that I had booked Virginia water!
The green tea was delicious, and Ellie was great! She really listened to me, and gave me her expert opinion- dissuading me from doing something that I would later regret. My hair looks and feels so much better than it has in months, and I felt truly pampered! Already booked my next appointment for 6 week’s time !

Hannah is fantastic with our kiddo. Always calm and never in a rush. Taking her time to make sure the cut is good but the child is happy too.

At last I’ve found a stylist that listens not only gave me a 10/10 haircut but a fabulous finish too. As an ex hairdresser (we are the worst to please)I know what a good cut looks like and voila I have it. Thank you Tom, I had a very positive experience all very professional even the hairwash was thorough. Time was taken to cut and dry my hair which I value.
