I arrived 10 mins late for my appointment with Gina very stressed having had a horrendous journey of 25 miles on the M25, in dreadful weather and an accident ahead of a notice of an accident on the overhead gantry.
Within minutes, the atmosphere of calm and reassurance, In terms of safety re Covid measures and understanding of the weather conditions brought my blood pressure down.
All personnel are working very hard under difficult circumstances..
You would never know anything was different to those wonderful pre pandemic times.

The salon times have been extended so that all staff (who work in separate ‘bubbles’), work longer days without compromising the ability of their clients to book appointments of their choice and stylist/colourist , and /or sacrificing safe practice.

As for the skill in sorting out some very unruly locks and correcting colour and cut, I’m very happy with the new me, despite the weather trying to undo all the skill!.
PS it didn’t win.
Re the question ‘Atmosphere’, the only reason I have rated a 2 to 3, is that the background music on my visit today was mostly rap or any other that I truly did not understand, or enjoy.
What I want is a really lovely and therapeutic experience, this was not mine today..

I don’t suggest the Salon plays opera or classical music, all of which I enjoy, but for the clientele that I imagine need!, which is probably easy listening, and tansformation In a calm and recuperative environment it would be very welcome.
PS I suggest you mix it up and look at the demographic of your clients, even do a survey?.
