Took my son to your Walton branch yesterday for a cut. He had shoulder length hair that needed styling for school. We showed the stylist a picture of what he had in mind, she suggested a little shorter in front which we agreed to. The style he came out with looked nothing like what we had asked for. Nothing. He was really upset with his generic boys cut, I had to pay and say positive things in front of him because I could see he was going to be upset but inside I was really disappointed and upset myself.
The stylist was lovely and friendly but let us down massively.

Everything they’re doing is great and my stylist Charlotte was lovely. However, the price is effectively outside my budget, though I appreciate it’s costing them more to run safely at these times.
Staff is welcoming and polite, I liked the service, just not happy with the scalp treatment. It was a different way of doing it in the Windsor saloon. Overall great saloon and close parking available.
I've been going to Toni & Guy Walton for a few years now. The saloon is clean, relaxing and comfortable and Harrison is a first class stylist, who knows his craft very well, as well as a really, really lovely guy.
