Brought a 45 minute massage through Treatwell. Booked in and said I was there was 45 minute back massage. Yes, that’s great let me take some details, the lady on reception said.

Massage was good - thorough and good pressure. Lovely heated bed and used a soft blanket instead of towels, which is a nice touch.

Finish to find that the total massage was 20 minutes. Not much I could do as the therapist had left the room and was waiting for me at reception.

Queried when I went to pay. Got told that the system only had it as 30 mins (odd for 2 reasons, given nothing was said when I booked in as I explicitly said 45 minutes and they don’t even offer 30 min back massages there). Even if it was a mistake, I was there 25 mins max, including getting undressed and dressed.

Got offered £10 off the next visit - which I was not impressed with and asked for it to be taken off the bill for that massage.

Shame, as it was a good, well needed massage and I would have rebooked. But how they dealt with the my concern poor - and reflected very poor value for money overall.
