I have had a nightmare of a time with 2 previous hairdressers recently. One damaged my hair and it looked awful, went to another popular chain to have it fixed, only to have it look worse. I went to Glitterati this weekend and had an appointment with Beth to try and have my hair finally sorted. I was anxious due to the bad experiences I had recently but I walked out of there with my hair looking ah-mah-zing!!!! Beth listened to what I wanted done. She was honest about what could be done and explained every process throughout. I was so comfortable and walked out of there so happy. The staff are friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Beth is an absolute rockstar and I can't wait to go back for my 6 week touch up appointment. Thank you Glitterati and Beth :)
