from the minute you walk in you feel at ease, Jenny took my temperature at the door and explained how to fill in the new health and safety questionnaire. Jenny explained everything to me as she went along and checked that I was happy and comfortable at every step of the appointment. I bought my own cloth mask and was worried about it getting hair dye on, Jenny gave me a disposable mask to wear during my hair colour which meant I was able to still wear a mask throughout the whole appointment.
As always, Jenny was able to create a colour, cut and style that I absolutely love and feel much better now that my isolation roots have been covered.
