The salon and staff is amazing, I have been asked to pay 50% of the full balance on my consultation which is fine but in the end instead of paying remaining 50% I have been asked to pay £164.20 - 50% deposit was £75 so it made no sense
Thank you for your review. Our salon policy, when booking an appointment, is to take a 50% pre payment for the service you book in for. Any additional services added to that booking at the time of your appointment are chargeable as outlined in our terms and conditions. I believe you where booked in for a full head of highlights and a cut and finish. The service you received was a colour correction and cut and finish with the addition of a treatment and homecare shampoo and conditioner. Had you had just had the service originally intended it would of been 50% pre payment of the total bill, However if this was miscommunicated in any way please except our apologies and we look forward to seeing you again soon x
