Today was my first time at Carter and Shields and had been recommended to go as both my daughters come here. My daughter treated me as I had spent just over 2 months in hospital beating Covid. I have to say the team are amazing, they discussed options for my hair, checked that I was ok and were very professional. I was treated with kindness and respect, the young lady who did my hair was in training and she was brilliant, she washed my hair, toned my hair and styled my hair ever so gently. I was talked through each step of the process and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome. Thank you all for taking such good care of me, I shall see you in a few weeks!
