Romeo as always is an excellent hair dresser. Attention to detail and taking the time to talk through what style I wanted before the cut, very professional. Salon experience was great, very efficient and appropriately spaced. Felt very safe and still maintained superb service. Romeo did a fantastic cut and enjoyed our chat!!

Absolutely fantastic service from Richard. My daughter wanted a complete change and is so over the moon with the results! Richard listened and made her feel comfortable with everything throughout. She loves her new hair so much she said it's the most amazing she has ever felt :) Honestly cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you from both of us Richard X

So fabulous to have Romeo back in Woking. He listens to what you want, makes helpful suggestions and then gives you exactly the haircut you were hoping for. He is also an incredibly lovely person! What more could you ask for?

Always a fantastic experience! Romeo is the best, most precise, most wonderful stylist ever. Also I really appreciated the covid-19 precautions.

Never usually respond to these but first time Romeo cut my hair - recommended by a friend. He is a very genuine guy and clearly excellent at what he does. Great customer experience ?

My local Toni & Guy sadly closed. Thankfully I was informed Romeo was now at the Woking branch and I’m very happy that I was able to continue seeing him. He is always so attentive and the result is excellent.

So delighted to have my hair cut and styled by Romeo again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and having the back massage whilst having my hair washed was wonderful

I had come to Christine a week before my wedding in a real panic because my usual hair dresser (at a different salon) let me down massively. She was absolutely lovely and really made me feel at home, I have long curly hair and I trusted her immediately!

The Sunday girls were lovely and the girl who washed my hair was brilliant!

Christine was absolutely amazing - I felt like she listened and delivered exactly what I needed! Thank you so much!!

Tony & Guy were able to book me in quickly and at the last minute. I was booked in with a lovely lady called Christine, who gave me the best haircut of my LIFE!!!! She gave me the haircut and finish that I wanted. I left the salon feeling like I had walked out of a magazine. Just brilliant service from the very start to the very finish!!! I also had the most amazing head massage from a lovely girl called Ella.

Courtney did my hair today what a lovely girl , she went through everything with me and made me feel at ease , going from blonde to dark was nervous but Courtney went through every step with me and couldn’t be happier with my hair , it’s feels amazing Aswell so will be back for Courtney to do her magic

It was amazing! Very last minute, booked it on the day. I was a few minutes late (no later than 5) and Leanne was very kind about it. Spoke through what I want and delivered the look amazingly! I think it did go a teensy bit shorter than I wanted, but I ended up loving the whole look! I am so pleased with my hair cut by Richard. It has taken time for me to find an amazing hairdresser. I found the one

I am undergoing chemo at the Marsden and was told Tony and Guy advertise their support to cancer patients. The advice and help was excellent trimming a and I gave my stylist at £10 tip. Then discovered I was to be charged a haircut price at £54. I felt very let down and disappointed . I don’t pay my own hairdresser that sum for a cut and blow dry when I had hair !

She gave good advice and made the whole experience an enjoyable and successful one, despite me having just walked in to the salon for the first time ever, on the off chance of a much needed cut !
She is a great ambassador for the salon and I will certainly return for her services in the future.

Hair cut was lovely. Booking was good. Reception on arrival was very poor. Booked Friday 5pm for my daughter age 12. At booking confirmed this was a childs hair cut. Was offered the time. But when we arrived they tried to charge the higher rate and complained that this time slot was not for child hair cut as it was a prime time. And complained the length of my childs hair.

My stylist was Style Director Toon and he was brilliant. I'm not sure I've ever been for a haircut where the stylist nailed the brief. Toon listened carefully to what I had in mind and understood my hair type and what would suit me. I loved that he made suggestions in this regard which I was open to. Booked in for another appointment in the new year (something I don't usually do).
