Hair cut was lovely. Booking was good. Reception on arrival was very poor. Booked Friday 5pm for my daughter age 12. At booking confirmed this was a childs hair cut. Was offered the time. But when we arrived they tried to charge the higher rate and complained that this time slot was not for child hair cut as it was a prime time. And complained the length of my childs hair.
Hi Fahima , I'm sorry that you you experienced poor customer service it is something I will look into further at great detail following your feedback .Each one of our stylists charge on there level of expertise , I'm sorry that there was a miscommunication issue when you booked your appointment.I understand that we honoured the quoted price on the day.
