I am undergoing chemo at the Marsden and was told Tony and Guy advertise their support to cancer patients. The advice and help was excellent trimming a and I gave my stylist at £10 tip. Then discovered I was to be charged a haircut price at £54. I felt very let down and disappointed . I don’t pay my own hairdresser that sum for a cut and blow dry when I had hair !

Wig cutting is only part of the strength and style service that we offer, but because of the training needed to acquire the skill I’m afraid this part of the service is chargeable.
