After being in the sun for a week I just needed a quick spruce up. I was offered an express trim at very short notice and I must admit I was worried about having my hair cut dry. However, Emma has just given me the perfect all over trim, saved me money & was super efficient. Perfect for me, can't fault it!

I saw Ann-Marie at Sunninghill for a mini facial and back, neck and shoulder massage. It was brilliant. She was excellent and I will definitely be back. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. The treatment itself was to a very high standard. Highly recommend.

I had a 30 min back massage & 30 min facial, both were lovely. Beautiful salon, lovely decleor products and brilliant therapist. I came out feeling super chilled! It was a bit tricky to find as it's on a new development in Lynwood Village and my GPS was struggling but a quick call and they directed me well.
I found the Address extremley hard to find even with a Sat Nav, The postcode does not take you directly to the place . I had to ring up twice .. iits within a complex.
We were told to go through the Nursing Home, after ringing up,which we were abruptly told we were not allowed.. eventually we got to the correct place . The gentlemen that were on reception gave us 2 different directions to the velvet rooms . Which was straight forward.
The velvet Rooms themselves were Amazing , the decor was Excellent and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I Thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours we were there.
My Eyelashes were put on on 21st of this month and 9 days t have already lost so many. One eye having more than the other, I have looked after them brushed them and not got them wet..
Leanne was friendly as ever and is great with my 4 year old. He actually enjoys his haircuts and tells his preschool teachers all about them! He especially loves the hot chocolate. Thanks Leanne another great cut ready to start summer:)

All the staff are polite & attentive & the salon itself is really lovely. It feels a real treat to go to have some pampering here.

I absolutely love each visit I pay to Velvet Rooms, always met by friendly staff in a very relaxed but professional environment each visit is a real treat!! I started coming here just before Christmas to have a major colour change by Emma, I now have a beautiful new colour and this week had a complete revamp on my style.... love both and have had so many compliments!! You can be confident that you will get out of this salon looking fabulous and much more relaxed than when you got in.I visited this salon several times and had my hair coloured, highlighted, cut and different treatments applied to it. She surpassed my expectations then and still does now with her professionalism, her passion and knowledge of her art as well as her warmth and fun personality. It was my first time visiting the salon, Emma had some great advice and gave me a wonderful colour, cut and blow dry. It's always a risk trying a new salon but I'll certainly be returning in 6 weeks.
