I mixed up my appointment time which meant that I arrived 15 minutes late to my colour appointment, however the staff were very considerate and understanding and were able to suggest several appointment options to reschedule. I was still able to have my cut which was done very beautifully. My hair looks so much healthier, smells great and feels brilliant too!
