TONI&GUY Gosforth opened in 2012. As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles. Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious Wella Master Colour Expert accolade- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques. We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m and Moroccan Oil to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be happy to help. PARKING Our nearest car park is across the road on the opposite side of the salon, behind the shops. It's 30p an hour, maximum 2hours but we will top up your parking for you if we run over whilst in the salon. TONI&GUY HAIRSPA Bring out the best in your hair and wellbeing with the indulgent TONI&GUY HAIRSPA. We have six hair and scalp restoring in-salon treatments available. Hairspa has been designed to target your specific needs, whether it’s a deep condition to nourish your dry hair or a revitalising scalp treatment. Using expert head massage techniques combined with the award-winning label.m professional haircare range and hot towel wrap; you will feel and notice the improvement instantaneously. With tailored aftercare available to take home, you will continue to benefit from your treatment until your next appointment.

Sam was absolutely brilliant! I came it with a bunch of ideas (which in all honesty I hardly understood) and Sam just got it. She did a full colour transformation and honestly it looked amazing and exactly what I was wanting. I always have a great experience at Toni and guy gosforth, all the staff are lovely and it's always a really nice atmosphere at the salon!

I had a really great experience. I was going to have my hair cut and styled for my brothers wedding. Sammy really put me at ease and helped me to relax. He did a really excellent head message. Sammy 100% understood the assignment. He was gentle, personable and kind. I really appreciate that he took the time to listen to what I wanted, advised on what would work with 'me' and now I'm actually in love with my new hair.

And I still love it today.

Adding prices without telling you

I have become disappointed as I have been overcharged and haven’t been made aware of it until I realised from the receipt. On my previous visit the same happened and then they increased again on this visit. I feel that I have been cheated on and when I mentioned the increase, they laughed as though I’m being petty about the increase. Disappointed!!

The 40% increase in cost however is quite shocking and unfortunately after 9 years I’m going to have to look elsewhere as I cannot justify this uplift in cost.. I wish everyone at the Gosforth shop good luck x

Chloe always does a fab job and is lovely to talk to. It's a little on the expensive side, but I'd rather pay a more money and like what I get each time I come, than come home and not be completely happy with my hair. I had a lovely time at the salon on on Saturday. I was attended to promptly and offered tea which was presented in a lovely tea pot. Chloe was friendly and attentive and took time to make sure that my cut and finish was exactly what I wanted. I was wanting to buy hair products and Chloe advised me of a hairspray that would be suitable for my daughters long thick hair. The products were presented in a smart gift box. I was in the salon for about 50 minutes and enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you. Xx

I was in for a haircut yesterday and had such a lovely experience. As always everyone in the salon was welcome and friendly. Sammy is my stylist and was brilliant as always. Very friendly and professional, happy to chat and understand what I wanted (specially when I never know the correct words for what I want). And checked throughout if I was happy with length of fringe etc, explaining the process as he went. He then curled my hair for me at the end and I left feeling so lovely! Highly recommended Sammy to anyone as he makes the salon experience so warm and friendly and does an amazing job!

For the salon in general I am always so impressed with the service and level of cleanliness, specially during these times. Everything was being wiped down after use and made me feel very reassured. I look forward to returning.

I phoned at short notice to see if I could get my hair shampooed and blow dried. I’ve been struggling to do my hair due to pain. I hate looking in the mirror feeling a mess. Sammy did an amazing job taming my wild grey frizzy hair. I felt so much better after a lovely head massage at sink and seeing I looked better in the mirror! The best therapy and highly recommended xx

Good experience but expensive

Service was great, staff was polite and helpful. I wouldn’t give the results a 10/10. Because the colour didn’t cover all my greys and the haircut is not an angled Bob but just a simple Bob. The salon was nice and tidy. The price was on the higher side as well.
