Thank you for leaving your review, we always pride ourselves in giving the best customer service in all areas of a clients salon journey.
As you can see from previous reviews this isn't usually the feedback we get when it comes to our reception team, our girls are always very attentive and go well out their way to cater to a clients needs.
I can only apologise on this occasion and assure you that this isn't something you will experience next time your in.
