Appalling. I was rushed and not listened to. I came into the salon with hair down to my shoulders and only wanting a trim. I left with hardly any hair at all. I mentioned I had a cows lick that I was self conscious about, so I didn't want the side of my hair cut. When drying my hair all pressure was put onto my cows lick, so it becane worse! I would never recommend.
