Booking an appointment over the phone is easy, I actually arrived early because I’m excited, I like my hair trimmed monthly to maintain my long healthy hair. As a regular client I’m curious how Toni & Guy will implement the safety measures after lockdown, I am very impressed. After checking in, I was offered a client kit it’s in a packet containing all disposable items, things I needed for the haircut, including comb, face mask, cape etc... very clean and in the shampoo area there is a divider, place are busy but all maintain social distancing and I guest having an appointment make it manageable, that is the reason why I like Toni & Guy they are excellent in customer care, and excellent service with professional stylist, I loved my hair and Katie makes me very happy yesterday. Good quality, value for money, thank you.
