Whilst the experience was a bit different than the pre Covid world, it was still a warm, friendly and professional experience. The safety measures put in place were exceptional and made me feel instantly at ease. Tanya explained the whole process to me to ensure I was at ease with the situation.
My haircut was amazing, as it always is with Tanya. She is an absolute credit to Toni & Guy as are the rest of the team at the Newcastle salon.
The extra time allowed to each appointment meant that I was never crowded when entering or leaving the Salon and the measures in place made the whole experience as safe as it possibly could be.
It was great to be back and to see everyone again!!
