Dreadful place. I went to this salon a while ago and have never been so unhappy about my hair. They rushed me out the salon as soon as they could and it was only when I got home that I had a proper look at it. It was about 4 inches shorter at least (even though I asked for nothing off the length) and extremely un-even on both sides. The girl doing my hair was too busy talking to even know what she was doing. I rang the salon the next day in tears and the staff were horrible. The woman on the phone was very defensive and said "well, you can't prove anything" and "you didn't say anything before you left so how do we know that you didn't do it to yourself" they were extremely reluctant to give me a refund and it was only when I said I would have to tell my friends and also give them bad reviews that they said they would. Unfortunately, I never got my refund even though they said they'd get back to me... So... here's my bad review Regis :D
