Bea always styles and colours my hair extremely well. The relaxing shampoo also gives my hair a nice shine.

I booked this salon just shy of a year prior to my apt, as it was for my son's wedding. I was travelling from Lancashire to Shipston-on-Stour for the ceremony. Each and every member of staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, either on the phone, email, DM and face-to-face.
They listened to what I had in mind and did an amazing job. I had so many compliments. I was wearing a halo band, rather than a hat, which they styled my hair to suit.
When I paid, I had forgotten I'd already paid a deposit, months prior. They came across to the hotel opposite the salon, and returned the extra.
Such an honest, joyful, talented group of people.

I'm always very impressed by Jake's creative flair, attention to detail abd his professionalism.

I love going to l’academie - the staff are always lovely and I always come out of there feeling great! I have been going there for ten years now (after they rescued me after another salon cut my hair shorter than I wanted, and made me more red than I wanted to be - just before my wedding!) I have been going there ever since!
