Went to the Essentials Toni and Guy salon at the Mailbox for highlights. Had a fantastic morning with Serena. A bit pricey but that’s the only negative. So relaxing and really happy with the result! Highly recommend!
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Qudsia. She has treated my hair for quite some time and she always delivers fantastic results, which is one of the reasons why I love using Toni & Guy.
She is always professional, very friendly and accommodating, gives great expert advice and the level of service hasn’t changed in any way even with social distance measures.
She is a true asset to your team and is very passionate about colour styling. No doubt that I will be using her services again.

I had a half head of highlights done by Yasmin and I love it, she did an amazing job and I am so happy with it, Received so many compliments on it. Yasmin is amazing as always, lovely to chat with and works very thoroughly. Very clean space. Great music too by the way!! Can’t wait to come back to get the rest of my hair done!
I went in for roots, toner and hair treatment mask. Paid over £114.00 that’s with other discounts applied, which isn’t a problem if results are perfect! Wanted brown but got black, still I thought pointless to say anything now as it’s done. Left with colour around all my front hairline and not told. Noticed at home once hair all pushed back. I felt very upset as seems like a home job. Called up T&G to explain situation, told to use nail polish remover. Still has not removed all colour and left my skin dry and itchy where I used the nail polish remover. Offered by branch free hair treatment for inconvenience for next time. I’m not happy with overall service. I except to get what I asked for when I’m paying good money for the service. I don’t enjoy to wasting my money. Just listen to what the customer wants if you can’t do it, say so.

i thought the salon had a positivity energy, combined with accommodating staff members.
moreover tasked with covid regulations the salon felt very safe and clean. from my time in the salon everybody, including customers adhered to government regulations. Not only that the staff still maintained a positive and professional attitude throughout.
in short; a pleasant, welcoming, and all round lovely experience.

After a botched last haircut that I git from another hairdresser
I was feeling down and after waiting far too long I visited Essensuals in the mailbox and had my hair done by the very impressive Serena
After a nice chat, my hair was looking very awesome once again, I’ve had loads of people praising Serenas’ work and I’m very happy once again
In fact I can’t wait to visit again!
