I have been using this salon for over 15 years and I have never seen it so empty. The new management is really poor and the salon appears as if it is heading to closure. Slowly but surely all the reliable staff are leaving to a local competitor. Shame to see it go this way as it used to be an excellent salon and the service they still provide is amazing.
I was 15 mins late for my appointment. The stylist was so lovely! Took time with my hair and did it to the standard I usually have it! I’ve been coming here for years and I love it. Easy to get too!

My haircut is always top notch by my long-standing, experienced hairdresser. Have been loyal to this salon for a very very long time. When I was last there quite a few of the younger stylists clearly had nothing to do. Folk look bored. Receptionist is always professional and friendly. Toni & Guy need to invest some time and dedication to this salon and it’s staff as it is in a prime position for clientele.
I really enjoyed my experience,myself and my daughter had a lovely morning from start to finish from the receptionist to the hair washer to the stylist they were all very welcoming friendly and just lovely.we both had a cappicino & complimentary biscuits & was a very relaxed atmosphere.ella my stylist was fantastic & over the moon with my hair! Left the salon walking on air.looking forward to my next visit!
I’ve been having my hair colored by Amber since February. I had very weak sensitized hair after experiencing hair loss some months before. Amber has patiently and with great care restored the color and condition of my hair and I couldn’t be happier. I trust her implicitly, she’s just ace xx

Essensuals is a vibrant place for coffee, atmosphere and a great cut! It really is the place to be in the Mailbox. If you like careful attention to detail this is the venue for you. I've been going there the past 8 years at least!

This is simply the number 1 studio. I have been a client at this particular branch for 10 years + and the standards are so very high and maintained. I have been to many other high end hair studios across UK. I have yet to have a comparable experience in any other studio. This place sets the highest standards and is superior in every department and category.
