Ash is a first rate colour technician who magically works out exactly what I want despite me not explaining it very well. She is highly skilled and the quality of the hi-lights is fantastic. So natural looking.
Kate is an expert in her field and knows exactly how to make my normally fine hair look fuller and works out different styles that will suit me perfectly (as I like changing my look).
