I have been coming here, the last twenty years and no problem but now under new management, I booked in thinking the service would be the same, for half a head and regrowth, I was told different prices by different staff, £120, £140 and £170-£180. Colour was left on my forehead, cheeks, neck and back of ears. Myself and the lady drying my hair tried removing the colour from my face but would not come off, all the rubbing made my face painful and red. Also not half a head done only top part of head. When I mentioned my experience at the counter to one member of staff, Another three staff joined into our conversation and made me feel belittled. Then started being rude and mentioning impolite comments. I highly do not recommend this salon any longer. Waiting on management comments.
