Terrible service from *****, she cut my hair and was really uneven layers and not even straight at the back, she even hacked into the layers making it more thinner with no shape.
I will have to pay someone else to put it right.
She didn't want to listen to what I wanted just done what she wanted.
I asked her to show me how to curly my hair with ghd she just showed me quick with a moody face like she couldnt be bothered.
The curlys fell out within an hour of leaving salon my hair was flat.
She wasn't very friendly was just rushing to get it done, u can tell she didn't really want to talk.
when she washed my hair was just quick no care or thought and talking to others in the salon.
what a waste of money.
I decided to get my hair checked my another salon, and they said it was uneven and not straight so I went back to halo salon, soon I walked in there ***** had a bad attitude even arguging with me.
No manners and no refund staff was just laughing about it. AWFUL SERVICE
